Caviar Cucumber Berries Collard Salad
Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh White Caviar
1 Cup Sliced Cucumber
½ Cup Mixed Beans
1 Cup Mixed Berries
1 Cup Avocado Cubes
2 Cups Collard Green Leaves
8 Cloves Minced Garlics
½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onions and Scallions
½ Cup Fresh Tomatoes and Bell Peppers
3 Lemons to Squeeze Around
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
A Little Pinch of Salt and Pepper to Taste
½ Cup Croutons to Sprinkle Around
1 Cup Raspberry Vinaigrette
Caviar Cucumber Berries Collard Salad
Procedure
Sautee Marinated 1 Cup Fresh White Caviar in a Cooking Pan on Medium Heat with 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 8 Cloves Minced Garlics, ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onions and Scallions, ½ Cup Fresh Tomatoes and Bell Peppers, 1 Lemon to Squeeze Around, 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, A Little Pinch of Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Bring to boil and simmer until tender. Gently stir to mix all ingredients to make sure all cooked! When slightly turn golden brown, take all out of the cooking pan and place on a serving bowl. Set Aside!
Put the rest of ingredients on a large salad bowl such as 1 Cup Sliced Cucumber, ½ Cup Mixed Beans, 1 Cup Mixed Berries, 1 Cup Avocado Cubes, 2 Cups Collard Green Leaves. Mix all ingredients gently!
Place the Cooked Caviar to the salad as toppings!
Squeeze 2 Lemons Around and ½ Cup Croutons to Sprinkle Around.
Add 1 Cup Raspberry Vinaigrette to flavor and taste.
Ready to serve and eat!
